Re: 911 Speedster Concept & Taycan announced by Porsche

This really is stunning. It’s going into production with only 1948 to be produced.
I believe it will have the same engine from the GT3 or the GTR Rs with the 9000 rpm limit 😀

Costing around £160k 😮

Thanks for sharing Paul. 👍
That speedster is beautiful. Love them.

Cost a small fortune for a good one but stunning imo.

Re: Jaguar I-Pace

Found this very interesting on the iPace. All stripped down at the motor show.

Re: Selling - payment

Nosmo great info 👍. Brilliant write up.

I have sold privately before successfully (some time ago) and it’s always on my terms.
Never had any issues.

Re: A good wash & polish

I use a water filter from Race Glaze for the final rinse on the car as it just sheets off and saves time and potential scratches from drying with a towel. I also bought a cheap leaf blower to blow the sitting water from the mirrors and doors, sad I know, but it works for me. Nothing sad about that!...

Re: Oil level measurement currently unavailable

As above perfectly normal and can take a couple of days or a number of miles to adjust.

Same on all my Audi’s and all fine

Re: Some classic cars at Castle Combe

Seen that before. Some from classics at the castle a year ago. Not that comfortable to sit in. 😮

Re: Getting the best deal

I can’t speak for what’s available now but 24 months ago cash discount on a Macan GTS as well as a top rate part ex for an Audi I had. Even when collection was 4 months later the part ex remained the same. This was at a time when waiting lists were high and the GTS newish. Also finance at under 1%. ...
