On another post I said how useless Porsche UK were,
I ended up emailing the CEO in Germany and was very pleased with the response, my problem was with main dealers when I was in Spain and how P. UK were of no help.
If you are unable to resolve this, you could try this route.
Good luck

Re: Help! Vibration noise to escalated to Porsche Germany
We had a 2016 SD and did not have that problem. However we did have a problem with the ad blue injector pipe when we were in Spain, which I now know is a common problem with all VAG cars, and I found that Porsche UK were absolutely useless in helping us resolve the issue. I emailed Porsche Germany C...

Re: Tick from indicator.
I had a Generation 1 Macan with the same problem and on that car, you certainly could increase the indicator volume, the volume on mine seemed to have quietened over a couple of years I can't remember exactly how I did it and as I no longer have the car, can't look at the options in the menus. I wou...

Re: Insurance shock
Presumably similar to other people, my insurance renewal quote was more than double from my existing company and a quote from NFU was 3 times the cost of what I was paying. As normal I tried both Confused and Go Compare and got sensible quotes, just a little higher that what I am paying now. Just wh...

Re: Missile Hit
Without doubt go to a Porsche approved bodyshop, if it is not too far from you I can thoroughly recommend the place near East Grinstesd. We had some front damage to a Sapphire Blue car and the repairs were first class including matching.

Re: Macan 1 S/Turbo Recall...
Wasn't there a similar recall on mk1 diesel engined cars?
I refused it, as the general consensus was that fuel consumption increased.

Re: Cam belt change - £789 on a VW Polo!
I believe that fibre/rubber cambelts have a design life of 8 to 10 years or 80 to 100k miles whichever comes first. There are a number of manufacturers recently and particularily on turbo engines, that seem to have had belt quality issues, probably the same belt supplier. A lot of cars share the sam...
