Re: MY21 Macan GTS

Car looks great #ghostwalker. the ride feels a bit busy on the 21” wheels even with the air suspension I regularly mention this 'issue' on this forum, but it generally gets pooh-poohed. In terms of performance on a GTS, best to worst: 1: 20" air 2. 20" steel 3. 21" air 4. 21" st...

Re: Dolomite Silver GTS Has Arrived!

I've always liked the Carmine Red - particularly in sunlight and under showroom lighting - but felt it looked a little "flat" in dull light (and let's face it, more often than not, that's the "norm" in this country). The darker colours like Black and Volcano look fabulous when th...

Re: Gap insurance

Unfortunately I can't seem to get gap insurance because my car is insured under a motor trade policy and is therefore specifically excluded. The best I could do was buy an annual Total Loss Top Up policy which increases the total loss pay out by an additional 25% up to a maximum of £10,000. It costs...

Re: Finally, Dolomite GTS

I'd say the pictures shown were a pretty accurate representation. Dolomite Silver is slightly darker than the old Rhodium Silver and has a slight blue-ish tint to it - particularly when seen in sunlight.

I'm really pleased with mine. :D

Re: Drivers door handle sticking

Just collected my GTS from my local OPC after having repairs carried out on the sticking drivers door handle. I'd already tried WD40 (it worked for a week) and silicon spray (lasted a fortnight), so I decided to give it back to the dealer to see what they could do. They tell me they've been getting ...

Re: Oh no, scope creep... Help!

If you're buying from an OPC, then this is a pretty good price. When I traded in my similarly specced 2017 GTS (but with 27k miles) just before lockdown, it was offered by my OPC at £49k and that sold within hours, so I don't think this is expensive. Go for it! It'll put a smile on your face every t...

Re: 2018 GTS Fuel Tank Capacity

When I bought my GTS in early 2017 the 75 litre tank was definitely a no cost option.

Sorry I can't help with the spec sheet or brochure, but if you post a link to the car you're interested in, I'm sure you'll get plenty of feedback regarding spec and price.

The MPG is not an issue as my mileage is very small and I am obviously still at the playful stage.

I'm now on my second GTS and I can confirm that the playful stage never ends...
