Re: Perhaps the most meaningful Taycan/Tesla range test to date.

I see one caught fire in Florida and set fire to a house.

Hoselock pressure bottle

I use Bilt Hamber neutral PH wheel cleaner. Great stuff, turns purple when active and smells of orange. I used to buy it a litre at a time in the trigger pump gun. Problem is, it leaks on your hands as you use the trigger repeatedly and you pretty much smell of it for a few days. So I bought a 5-lit...

Re: New GTS planned

Brave choice. I'd add the spare wheel and I really like the surround view cameras that we have on our car.

There's a good (long) thread on car cleaning - the filtration options are well discussed on there. Thankfully I live i...

And gearbox (ZF) is so much better than Audi DQ500..that's another reason I'm considering Porsche because the PDK system is supposed to be epic!
AFAIK, the box in the Macan isn't a true PDK - it's the Audi DSG box.

Re: New Member and New GTS Order

The heated steering wheel is definitely a must for me for every new car that I buy from now on. It's my favourite accessory and well used - especially this week!

Central America

Just back from a trip from Guatemala to Costa Rica taking in Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua. I saw three Porsches - two Cayennes and an old Cayman. Greta wouldn't be happy there - plastic litters the roadsides and the lorries and buses belch out black smoke like there's no tomorrow. Fuel averag...

I don’t if anyone’s been watching Wisting on BBC4. A Norwegian cop series currently on about episode 8 and I haven’t seen a single EV yet! ;)
Me. Pretty good show. We like a bit of Scandi Noir in Sweeney Towers.
