Re: MACAN DPF PROBLEMS

I have sold ours today, since November and the fix it's been fine. It's a shame they ruined the best part of 18 months because of it.

Re: MACAN DPF PROBLEMS

Since the so called final " fix" software update last November we are so far hassle free. What I have noticed now though is first gear if you are not putting your foot down at all . Is so short its hardly worth having, it changes so quickly it more like a stutter than a gear change.

I've been on refineries loads of times, all the tankers fill up in the same place. Tesco ,shell, morrisons , whatever.
Supermarket fuel being low grade is a myth.

Re: MACAN DPF PROBLEMS

Our car was absolutely horrific after the software update and doing nothing different drive/speed mileage wise than before. So there is no way anyone is going to tell me it was anything other than the update. I also know someone who it happened to who was a big motorway user. It had another service ...

Re: MACAN DPF PROBLEMS

They will pay about 35p per litre for AdBlu, I pay about 70p for the truck on the road... One thing he did say to me which I have heard before is they make £5k per car. Regarding the fella who had his car changed I think it was pretty new, can't see us getting away with that with a 18 month old car ...
