Rear fog light
Used the fog lights this morning for the first time. I noticed the rear fog light works only on the driver side (I presume this is a feature on UK models rather than a fault). What is the purpose of the rear left fog light?

Re: Sensor behind rear view mirror
It might just be for the automatic dimming rear view mirror, if you have that option. I have the automatic dimming for rear view, I think the sensor for that is on the front of the mirror to detect bright headlights from behind. The sensor behind the mirror I think is either for checking darkness o...

Re: Sensor behind rear view mirror
I think it could be the ambient light sensor after a bit of Googling. I suppose I could test the sensor by covering it and see what happens internally to the lighting, and headlights. I don't want to add the dashcam to the screen yet, as it has a 3M attachment and if it interferes with the ambient l...

Sensor behind rear view mirror
I've noticed my Macan has 3 sensors behind the rear view mirror. It's a rectangle shaped hole with a sensor behind it. I was ...

Re: Adblue tank
Thanks, for the quick response. I guess I'll add the full 10 litres tomorrow, hopefully that should keep it going for a while.

Adblue tank
Had my Macan S Diesel serviced at an OPC about 6 weeks ago for its first service, I've only done around 1500 miles in it since the service and I've now got a warning to refill Adblue 1500 miles remaining. I've contacted the OPC and they said bring it in so that they can look into it in case its a sy...

Re: Hello
But if you're in a supermarket car park, or some other place you visit regularly. Someone could potentially amplify if they follow you or scan from outside the building. Maybe I'll buy one of these systems myself to test it :geek: But then you're in a supermarket, quite a distance from your car (th...
