Just had CV boot (passenger side) split on my Macan DS 90k. Dealership has replaced both front drive shafts under Porsche warranty.

Last year I discovered cracking from inside of the exterior piano black trim which runs up the driver and passenger doors. The cracking looks like fine spider webs under the surface of the trim. My local OPC kindly replaced it but now it has appeared on all trims. I originally thought it was a stone...

I had this happen to my 2014 Ds. OPC replaces free of charge after I complained. Originally they wanted to charge £30+ and said it was not a mechanical issue so not covered under warranty. So ridiculous. Clearly a design fault how the water runs down when the boot is opened.
