I recently had my B pillar trim replaced under the original 3 year warranty because it developed “spider cracking”. Not quite the same symptoms, I know. You will have to look at the thread on spider cracking to see the difference. However, the fact remains that I got mine fixed foc.

Charles, you said that you could have updates FOC as long as you had a PC subscription. I thought updates were free to everyone as long as you were inside the warranty period regardless of whether you had a PC subscription.
