Re: Silver/Chrome Boot Trim Fell Off
Thanks dude you’re probably right about the other one, it’s half fixed and half lifting and they’re really thin so if I try to lift it to get some glue under one end it will just crease I think. I’ll give Porsche a ring this morning to see if they’re available to buy. If not I’ll just have the grey ...

Silver/Chrome Boot Trim Fell Off
One of the silver boot trims fell off my Macan S, the other one is lifting too and will no doubt fall off soon.
Does anyone know the part number or if you can buy replacements? I had a look at the Porsche Parts diagram but it looked like you could only buy the entire boot trim.
Photo attached.

Macan Sport Design Rear Splitter
I have this in Sliver off my Macan S, it has a couple of scuffs and would benefit from a respray but other than that its not damaged, clips are all in tact etc.
Will take £50 posted.

Re: Front Brake Pad Replacement
On the PDK change, you can buy the filter / oil without any real issue, but you need PIWIS to carry out the change so the parts wouldn't really help. Yeah that’s the main issue with the change, not many places have the PIWIS to do the job. Thinking about trying some Audi specialists as presumably t...

Turns out it’s plus Vat and £10 delivery on this prices. Managed to get some OE pads from a local motor factors for £120, still pricey but is what it is.CharlesElliott wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 2:34 pm £171.70 off for genuine pads from Design911. £130.95 for Brembo.
Should be an extra 20% off that at the moment as well.

Re: Front Brake Pad Replacement
Thanks Nick that’s super useful and they do look like the ones in the DIY thread linked above. I think I’ve found some on here: https://www.design911.co.uk/fu/prod135422/Brake-Pads-FRONT-Porsche-Macan-30-S---30-Diesel_2_2_2_2/ It’s a shame I can’t get them from euros website as that 50% off code wou...

Re: Front Brake Pad Replacement
Unfortunately my nearest Porsche is an hour away and working all week I struggle for tome to get over there on a Sat morning. The tools shouldn’t be an issue, I’ve got and can borrow the bits required. I did see that post, the picture of the pad on there does not resemble the pictures used by many o...

Front Brake Pad Replacement
Hi, looking to do a DIY front brake pad replacement, looks really straight forward and the car is no longer under warranty. The only issue is, there seem to be many variations on what pads are required depending on what site I visit and who I ring. Most of the loacal motor factors round here haven’t...

Re: Service items, Macan SD?
Thanks for the info, I rang both Wilmslow and Wolverhampton, Wilmslow quoted £680 for service and £150 for brake fluid change, Wolverhampton quoted the £950 shown above. Wilmslow said gearbox oil not needed until 6 years or 40k (so another year), Wolverhampton said due now at 4 years. Rang two Porsc...
