Re: Fisker slashes prices!

The Fisker Ocean has been mentioned here a number of times, with complimentary comments about its range and styling. Fisker has just slashed the prices of its Ocean models by around 40% , in an attempt to rake in a few dollars before bankruptcy hits. I've posted before that anyone thinking of buyin...

Re: Price increase

Whilst at my OPC this morning I was told that the price increase is the usual MY uplift. They are now working on MY25 but said it would be a week before they knew what spec changes their would be this year. I wonder if you will get the lower price if your car is built and delivered as MY24 ie pre-f...

Re: 2 year service &advisories

Just had latest quote for a stand alone oil service. £528. Last one was £350. Anyone similar quotes. I'm booked in for one in May at Stockport OPC at a promised £335.05 and I'll be whipping out the PCGB membership card when I come to pay! Sheffield charged me £413 in Feb '21 and £376 in June '22, d...

Re: Cracked windscreen

Has anyone that's had a none OEM screen fitted got a view on how they compare to the original? I have the distinct feeling that Porsche screens pick up far more little chips and scratches than any non-premium car I've ever owned previously. :x

Re: Tyre choice

After following this forum for 5 years I think it's safe to say that Michelin always seem to come out as favourites. I'm happy with the current P Zeroes (but Pirelli have had stick from some directions, although I understand that their compound changed early last year) which have covered 14k and loo...

Re: EV Macan - again

Well I know the colour choice for ICE was dwindling but I didn't realise that in the EV world they were all the same colour! I suppose it's more environmentally friendly, is it?

Re: Carmine Red . Big Spec

I'm probably a bit old fashioned but like to take it easy for first couple of thousand miles when new, as recommended by manufacturer, and ensure it's always warmed up before giving it a boot full. Neither of which, I doubt, has been afforded to the average demo. If that don't bother you and/or you...

Re: Picked up a screw

....... sure I’ve read that Porsche won’t counternance a repair, so new tyre (after 4000 miles 😡). No doubt they won’t have a tyre in stock, so how am I placed to get a temporary repair while I wait for stock ? I do have collapsed spare in boot, if required. Yes, I've heard that mantra too and I su...
