Re: Power steering plus
Like so many things, this comes down to personal perception. I had my Gen1 Turbo upgraded to PSP and found it a a lot better for parking. Others see no benefit. The only way for you to answer your question is to test-drive a couple of similar Macans, one with and one without PSP and take them around...

Re: Porsche Swindon or Porsche Reading
I'll be taking my 2020 GTS to Swindon in April for its 4 yr service. I've previously (on my Gen 1 Turbo) used Guildford or Reading - this will be my 1st time at Swindon. They're further from me (1hr rather than 1/2 hr) but came in £300 cheaper for the 4yr service which included PDK fluid change. Th...

Re: Residuals
In 22 I bought a Tesla and 2 years later the residuals are painful, in todays world, is it the same for all cars (electric and ICE)? No, EVs are suffering very high rates of depreciation right now. This is largely because of the rapid pace of product development; newer EVs are significantly better ...

Re: Brake fluid change
Thanks for the advice. I gave Swindon Porsche (part of the Dick Lovett group) a call and their brake fluid change cost was £145. Taken together with their lower cost for my 4yr service, I'm saving approximately £400 altogether compared to the aforementioned OPCs! I use OPC Swindon. Care to share th...

Re: Brake fluid change
Had a quote from Porsche Reading for brake fluid change. £280. Update : Just rang Guildford OPC, same price, £280. Reading and Guildford OPCs are both owned by Porsche Retail Group and will generally quote the same high prices and decline to discount. Try an independently-owned OPC. Thanks for the ...
