Re: Entire engine replacement

I remember when my 2010 Cayman PDK had a fault after less than 1 year and the dealership got Porsche GB to authorise a new gearbox, I was convinced it was merely a software issue. After flying a new gearbox to U.K. and fitting I was proved correct when the car still refused to move. A full software ...

Re: Another desperate owner with DPF issues

^ Or just go on a long trip every other weekend. Drive a couple of hours on some good roads to a nice hotel, have a nice meal, do some sightseeing. Maybe go abroad. Spend £200-300 on each trip and after a year re-evaluate whether you'd have been better off swapping your SD for a £7k 'loss' and stay...

Re: Panoramic roof

Pan roof worked fine this morning. Not sure why the deflector was a bit reluctant to fold the other day. Can only put it down to the heat.

Parked my riviera blue GTS at Frensham Garden Centre Farnham today. Fairly unusual colour. What parks up next to me....a riviera blue GTS. What is the chance of that!!!! Just slightly different trims and wheels. So wanted to meet the owner but we missed each other. Amazed!!!!
What no photo 😱

Re: Panoramic roof

Had pan roof shut all day today as too hot !! Air con on full blast. Would be quite happy having a fixed glass roof like Land Rover do.

Foreign body in mechanism?
I could not see anything and it folded ok with a gentle push with my hand but when roof tried to push the deflector it obviously felt too much resistance and stopped it going any further.

Re: Panoramic roof

My pan roof would not close today. The deflector was not folding for some reason when the roof tried to push it flat. Had to give it a helping hand by pushing deflector with my hand as roof approached. Not sure what was causing it - maybe the hot weather ?
