Re: Macan S Test drive + Deposit tomorrow?
Ditto I have running boards on my MY19 S and think they look good, help keep the mud off the rear and help the kids get in and out. I would not be put off by them

Good for you! #yolo
I had a Taycan loaner and also loved it. If / when charging is easier for long journeys I will go electric too

Re: Type of glass used in sunroof
I have it together with pan roof - I haven’t noticed any greater sound coming through the roof so wouldn’t worry
It’s a great option for long journeys - much more relaxing and can hear the sound system properly

Re: New/ used Taycans smokescreen ?
I had a Taycan Turbo over the weekend as a loaner. My first drive in an electric car. It was incredible, really smooth, the instant acceleration both fun and useful. Didn’t enjoy the low down sports car seating position so the electric Macan should be great…if it wasn’t for the fact that I don’t wan...

Re: Macan S Stock vs Sport Exhaust
Mine came with it (used approved) - am glad it did as I didn’t have on previous and wanted to know what the fuss was about without paying full price for it. It doesn’t actually make much difference at all inside the car (but I also have acoustic glass which probably explains why) I personally would ...

Re: Recommendation for powerful tyre inflation pump for home use
Thanks folks - super helpful! I just need to top up the tyres every so often and adjust pressure with the change in weather If the Porsche one is sufficient for this, is the pressure gauge accurate? Or do you aim to overfill and then adjust down with a separate gauge? I had thought I needed a mains ...

Recommendation for powerful tyre inflation pump for home use
The home pumps I've seen look pretty weak - like the emergency Porsche one in the boot
Does anyone know of good mains powered home charger i can buy that's similar power to the forecourt ones?
Will save me popping to Shell every month or two and feeding the machine for our cars!

Re: 21" vs 20" wheels
I had 20” with air and now have 21” with air The ride on both is the same to me (and very good at that) The 20” were much more forgiving on the kerbs but still not infallible The 21” look much better to me are not forgiving at all but I have surround cam on this latter car which massively helps miti...
