Re: Carrera C2

For those of you considering a 911 or even wondering if you could live with one, I thought I would give a short appraise of my conversion from Macan S to 992 and how I have found it as a daily driver. First off, it is noisy. Mostly in a good way but certainly not the insulated hushed cruiser a Maca...

Re: Looking to buy a Macan

sorry i mean extended or full red leather its just a bit too much for the wife :) what do you class as big miles? 90k on a 16 plate car is average in my opinion. 25k is the budget for spending on buying the car running costs are separate funds. I am coming from a merc so high labor costs at dealers...

https://www.coxmotorparts.co.uk/honda-shop/mobil-1-esp-0w30-fully-synthetic-motor-oil-1-litre/ Thanks Neil...that's a fantastic price...what's the catch?!! It's 4 years since I bought from them and it cost £14.18 then, although I don't think it was 0-30 for the Gen2, but no catch, t'was just fine. 👍

Re: Looking to buy a Macan

Why not extended leather? Makes the cabin feel special...one of the main things I was looking for on my second macan after having just 14way leather on my previous.

25k will be big miles and if that's pushing your budget, remember servicing costs, maintenance, tyres etc aren't cheap

Good luck 👍

I usually get my oil from Opie but they don't appear to sell Mobil 1 0w 30. They do sell 5w 30 but it says 0w 30 in engine bay

Re: Max 1.0 l refill oil Poss. to drive on.

As others have mentioned , there is quite a margin of "safety" built into these warnings. Just like food from a supermarket wouldn't kill you if you ate it a day or two past the use-by date. BTW, you want Mobil One ESP. Great to know - Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 on order, will be here Tues. Much s...
