Re: Door Mirror Fold - Stop Position Setting?
I posted the other thread - Mine is going in to my OPC in a couple of weeks - they say there is a bar inside which sets the stop position - this can come loose. They did mention it’s usually from someone hitting the mirror though. The part has an individual part number so can be ordered separately a...

Re: Roof rail seal - anybody seen this before?
Thanks for the comments - a new OPC is taking the car in in a couple of weeks to sort several issues, including this. I'll update with whatever the fix is, and will probably pout a post up with the ins and outs of the purchase and issues - sadly at the moment it will be as a bit of a warning to othe...

Roof rail seal - anybody seen this before?
Hi everybody... Have anybody had the rubber seal under their roof rail pole out before? I noticed this washing the car and not sure what’s going on... I’m guessing it’s something to ask the OPC about when my car is in to have the other issues sorted (I’m currently not especially happy considering th...

Re: Manually adjusting SD mirror position - possible?
Why not take it back to the dealer you bought it from and get them to fix it? As long as the car is less than three years old it should still be covered by the Porsche warranty so even if you didn't buy it from a Porsche OPC you should still be able to get it repaired. I bought it from an OPC at th...

Manually adjusting SD mirror position - possible?
Hi everybody, I'm hoping this is a simple (but annoying) issue - I have a macan gts with sport design mirrors. On folding the mirrors using the button or remote, the driver's side mirror is fine, but the passenger side moves in too far and touches the door trim... this has caused it to scrape some p...

Re: 2016 GTS - carplay not working
Thanks Nick. I don’t think it does. Signing on to the Porsche connect website gives me the message ‘car does not have connect so no apps available’ (or similar)! There is no slot for a sim under the pcm flap, just 2 SD cards, which probably doesn’t help. Bit of a nightmare really. Does CarPlay not u...

Re: 2016 GTS - carplay not working
I think Connect Plus became standard across the Macan range from March '17, together with the inevitable price rise! maxf - do you want to post that image I suggested? I will do - but didn't get a chance last night. Is there any way I can tell if I have connect plus? I have nav with traffic updates...
