Re: Macan T ... going through some personal touches
Welcome to the forum mate. Congrats on your new purchase, I too started my Porsche journey in a mk1 macan D and then moved on to a 911 then a Cayyene and now back to a gen 3 macan gts. That journeys been 7 odd years in the making and I too came from various M cars. Porsche does get under the skin an...

Re: Gen 1 to Gen 3 differences
Wireless charging was introduced after the price rise, so mainly cars delivered that are a model year 24.
One difference to note thou…. Electric steering column was standard with the memory package one gen 1s and now it’s back on the configurator as an option.

Re: Best Drying Cloth for Black Paintwork
I’ve had both this macan and previous cayenne fully ppf, and there are pros and cons to both. But let’s not get into it on here. I was going to start a thread on my ppf cars in the detailing section so we can discuss there. Op. And large drying micro fibre cloth will do the job adequately. Just get ...

Re: Journey so far…….

Re: Journey so far…….
A few reasons for the cayenne going, one being too much money tied up in it and London driving is a pain and to do single digit mpg doing everyday tasks can become a little frustrating. Is artic grey. And yes it’s easier with the smaller macan around London. But yes the cayenne on the inside is idea...

Journey so far…….
So I’ve been driving now for around 28 years and I would like to think that I’ve always been a petrolhead through those years. Over those years I have been fortunate to own some nice cars considering I’m just a simple working man. For over 20 plus years it’s been mostly BMWs I’ve had (a few M cars) ...

Re: First service costs
Surely if you use an indie for the oil service you'd want the service book stamped and an invoice showing Porsche parts and recommended oil used, plus maybe the Indie's invoice from Porsche? My local OPC said it was fine to use the local indie. There's also the law preventing manufacturers from ins...
