Re: Roof Transport System

This was really helpful Guy. Your measurement re the T section suggested all should be good. I have also been able to borrow a set from a friend I didn’t know had a set and can confirm all is well.
I will now order my own tomorrow.
Many thanks

Roof Transport System

Thinking of purchasing the £210 roof transport system for my 2021 Macan S. Not 100% certain my Thule foot kit will work so don’t want to take the chance. If I purchase the Porsche system, should my Thule bike rack and Thule roof box simply pop on as they would do on Thule roof bars?. Any advice grea...

Re: Tyre Pressure Monitoring following additional air

Hi all. Just spoken with OPD who after asking several questions regarding messages displayed and actions attempted, advised that “Porsche is currently running a campaign re TPMS”. When I asked if this meant there was a known fault, he replied yes and advised they need the car for 1 to 2 hours to fix...

Re: Tyre Pressure Monitoring following additional air

Thanks for all the helpful hints. I’ve followed the manual plus app advice too. Seems to be stuck in “learning mode”. Now getting error message “tyre pressure monitoring fault. Service required”. Drove for circa 20 miles last night trying various options. Looks like a trip to the dealer required. Wi...

Tyre Pressure Monitoring following additional air

This seems a very silly question but here goes. I have a new Macan S which has now done 2500 miles. the tyre pressure warning light came on yellow. I went to the garage and set each tyre to the recommended levels. Now I cant get the solid yellow warning light to go off. The display system tell me th...

USB Charging Ports type C - intermittent charging ?

Recently collected my new Macan S and was surprised to find the USB ports were type C rather than type A. Bought a charging cable via Amazon for my apple iPhone and it doesn’t seem to like it. Have tried another 2 phones plus an iPad and all work intermittently. Maybe it’s my cable but just wondered...

Re: Porsche Connect + Data Connection with iPhone

Sorry I don’t understand this stuff at all . My Mercedes Me app is the biggest piece of nonsense I have had the misfortune to have had. It sends me texts and emails telling me my battery is in critical condition - 2 years of this. I’m collecting my new Macan S tomorrow and like @Rhys2004 I will just...

Best load area protection for carrying dogs ?

Hi all I expect to pick up my Macan S by the end of this month. I have a young springer spaniel and wondering what other Macan owners have done to protect their vehicle from scratches and other potential dog damage. I have ordered a high load carrier protection unit but now wondering about mats and ...
