Had the same letter a couple of weeks ago they need the car 1/2 day earliest they could book in with loan car was the 9th April.

Purchased my 2018 SD in June 2021 with 21000 miles and now has 36000 miles never heard any of these noises reported been problem free.

My 2018 SD only switches off when at a complete standstill also depends on engine temp before it first kicks in.
