Problem sorted. For some reason the ports in storage compartment were not activated Porsche center Wolverhampton sorted while I waited. this is on a brand new car something to bear in mind if you think something is missing.

USB ports in centre storage memory stick ok in 992 but nothing when I insert in Macan

Had new Gen 3 come this week but can’t get any media access via USB ports any one else had same problem?
