Hi I am also experiencing this issue on a 2016 Macan SD. From what I can find from the Audi 3.0 diesel world is the timing chain tensioner which requires the engine to be removed to get to a small part! They seem to say it’s while the oil pressure builds up. Lasts for 1-2 seconds isn’t a major issue...
