Hi, the harmonic balancer is the same as in the Audis (CTBA engine). The part number from Audi is 059 105 251 BQ, I bought the one from manufacturer INA.

Update: Issue is resolved now by replacing the harmonic balancer

my Macan SD has the same issue. My mechanic concluded that it comes from the auxiliary drive belt area, but we did not investigate further yet. The vibration only occurs when the car is up to temperature.
