Engine rattle (Pinking?)
2015 Macan S Petrol The last 3-4 weeks my cars developed a rattle. Being an old boy, I can remember when cars used to 'pink' when poor or the wrong fuel was used. This rattle very much sounds like the old fashioned pinking. I do use supermarket fuel as I'm very limited to filling stations local to m...

Re: Transfer Box Replacement
I'm taking mine (2015 Petrol S, 44K miles) in next Monday for a diagnostic check. But from everything I've read, the symptoms are identical. With this in mind, I asked for a quote to replace the transfer box, as I'm out of warranty, it wasn't as frightening as some of the figures quoted on here. Wil...

Will do.
The background noise you can hear is a lorry, nothing to do with the tow bar.

Electric tow bar noise and movement
I've just video'd mine but can't seem to upload it :(
After an initial jump, which is where I think it comes out of it's locked position, it retracts very smoothly without any excessive noise.
If someone could explain how I upload a video from am iphone I'll try and repost.

Wind noise
Unfortunateley, I had to have a new windscreen fitted last Friday (stone chip and crack). I've now noticed wind noise when I get up to about 45 -50 mph and above, now I'm not saying the noise wasn't there before, and maybe having the new windscreen has focused my attention to the noise....but I'm 90...

FUEL and VED COSTS
I did a 300 mile round trip yesterday in my petrol s and it showed just under 26 MPG that wasn't hanging around. Day to day running I get 22 MPG (lots of short trips)
