Re: Porsche PCP calculations

The final payment on a PCP is optional; pay it and keep the car if the value is superior, don’t pay it and hand the car back if it is inferior. So not a guarantee as such but still a safety net if that’s what you are looking for (albeit you are paying for the privilege)

Re: 992 C2S Cabriolet

Well, here we are!

Final spec locked down - a few bits added (thanks chaps ;) )

I have a completion date of 12th March so hope to be driving it by the end of the New Reg month.

I'll be popping my current Macan GTS up for sale mid / late Feb if anyone is interested....

Re: Smelly all weather floor mats

Carpet mats are standard spec and these can, if soiled, stay smelly no matter what. Is it definitely the mats that smell or the actual carpet in the car? I have used “shake and vac” etc in the past with some success if this is the case. I can’t see how the rubber all-weather mats you describe would ...

Re: How much ?

My take on the video was probably to confirm what I had already suspected; I will get an electric car, just not today. He confirms that for running around the EV is fine (he describes being (“ tethered” to his house on a 90 mile radius) which also describes 75% of my own use. But the current “away f...

Re: Four wheel alignment.

No signs of damage etc. Now that u mention it, only one side of the vehicle was adjusted - not both. I’m rebooked for Monday so I’ll go from there. The car was prev an OPC vehicle at silverstone, I’m sure they’d have picked up on anything untoward. 😱 “silverstone.....” never raced or rallied....😉😂😂
