I would want not too many cars on the track at the one time.
If it is all decent cars you wouldn't expect any idiots.
You can always go and say no if it looks too dodgy.

If you don't keep your car for too long the cheapest fuel is probably fine (for you).
As said however it is surprising that someone who buys (or leases) a Ferrari would worry about a few pounds extra for the recommended fuel.
