Re: Be the complete Macan family

The video will not play on my computer so the joke is a bit lost.

Re: Another desperate owner with DPF issues

Dear forum, I'm a little slow on tech matters and have only just found forums and this wealth of info. I know this topic has been covered but I'm having very little success with the dealer and could really do with some practical advice. Here'a the problem: I bought my macan new in oct 2017 and afte...

Re: Power Steering Failure Macan DS

The actual power assistance system on a Macan is electric. There will still be a gearbox to translate the rotation of the steering wheel to linear movement of the steering rack. If you've seen oil leaking then it's probably from that gearbox. Mind you, just because a man on the internet says it's so...

Re: GPS position is miles out!

Today, my navigation system decided to locate my car many miles from its true position. Right now, I know that my Macan is parked in my drive in rural Essex, just north of Chelmsford, but my navigation system insists that it's actually in the sea, 12 miles off Clacton. After 3 phone calls to the OP...

Re: How useful is a Forum?

What, to me, is worrying about this forum is declining usage. Tonight (early Friday evening) I'm one of only two registered users on line. I've lost track of the number of times I've been a lone user. This forum has been incredibly useful to me over the three and a half years I've been a member. I j...

Re: Limp mode

Smithy37. You are lucky/unlucky enough to be one of the first owners of a Series 3 Cayenne Turbo. Whilst the same engine has been available in the Panamera before, the state of tune will be different for the Cayenne. Because of this, your OPC is unlikely to have any previous experience of the faults...

Re: Off on a Low Loader Today

Total annual mileage is 15000. I regularly drive to work, 7 miles, and cool down again before tripping for the day. Could that do it? Isn't "tripping" every day bad for your health? On a more serious note, in winter 7 miles from start is not enough to get the engine warmed up. Doing that ...
