Re: Expensive Macans
I've scraped a kerb once already but the tyres on 20" rims stick out enough to protect the rims. You might be able to protect the rims more with a different brand of tyre. Not sure tbh, the fitted tires have a big rubber lip to help protect against kerbing, and i managed 10 months without a sc...

Re: Expensive Macans
my SD was £73k, it was spec'd up as a keeper, but I took a bath on it when the GTS was launched and tempted me away, and that one was even more, £79k (option trigger happy + ppf installed) .. no, i could not have got a turbo with all the options i wanted for the same price (my turbo configs are alwa...

Re: Comfort Entry
never noticed a steering wheel movement, but for me the comfort entry pushes the seat back a few inches and then back again, it seems to cope well with myself and the wife having completely different seating positions too, but its not a dramatic movement in itself, just a couple inches.

driving back from Epping this morning, along Epping new road,
Nice stealthed out black macan, likely a GTS or at least an SD kit.

Macan in the snow
Thanks, nice write up, stories like these make me wish i lived in the US for the lifestyle many can achieve there, certainly wish that the UK's roads and seasons were more variable and fun.
