Re: Re-progamming DME Control Unit

How do you know it’s door regen? Does it display it? I have not had one as yet after near 23k miles, I don’t do many short runs which would help and tend to do an odd spirited drive....lol... I’m also planning on extending my warranty next month so I may be forced to do this to extend the warranty.....

Re: Considering Selling......... Macan S Diesel

Terry, I see the Belfast OPC has quite a few diesel Macans for sale but yours looks much better speced than any of them. Have you tried Hurst specialist buyer or cashforcarsNI? Yes Rab they have a couple but if as someone noted above seeking a £7k allowance on a trade in then going there is not lik...

Re: Considering Selling......... Macan S Diesel

I think you have to be very realistic here. You're swimming against the tide with a diesel in the first place and added options are usually significantly discounted. No one in a built up area will look at these diesels, they don't work. So your marketplace automatically is restricted. If you look o...

Here it is: https://www.macanforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7950&hilit=Selling+payment Thanks Nosmo, I remember reading this, I’m not a novice when it comes to selling cars, i buy and sell the odd older vehicle and know the many tyre kickers and potential wait time for the right buyer..... Re: Considering Selling......... Macan S Diesel

I don't think Auto trader or the likes take into account the spec - the price they offer is based on the base model and those being advertised vary a lot especially those with a higher spec.... Didn't even bother asking Belfast - I talked to them maybe 9 months ago and was offered a really poor amou...

Re: Wheel centre cap corrosion

Same for me, on set 2 or 3 now and this set is also gone, will need another set... They may ask how or what you clean it with, some places use too strong chemicals, I know I don’t and it still happens , other is that water is just getting in causing it, I asked the last time to rub some silicone aro...
