Take a good look at the panel above your shins/where the clutch and brake pedal arms hang from. The panel only has fastenings at the top. just press your foot against it at the bottom when you hear the buzz. if the buzz stops you have found your noise and it can be fixed with some double sided stick...

Just my two pennies but I would recommend air, ptv and 20" wheels for a full range of superb handling when in hooligan mode, and deep cosseting when tired and emotional

regarding issue 1, see my comments and B737NGWS comments in the post: what's your worst rattle ? It is likely to be the cover on the underside of the dash, the one above your shins in the driver side footwell. It is poorly fastened. Mine is now fixed with double sided tape in various spots.

I'm intending to keep my GTS for about four years or around 75k miles, so I changed the oil and filter after 1000miles. Expensive and maybe a waste of money but it gives me piece of mind. There were some glistening very tiny particles of metal in the filter.

My worst rattle started at 6000 miles, coming from the drivers side, a big plastic cover which goes from the footwell up to the under side of the dash. it seems to be only secured in three sides, the bottom just fits over the brake and accelerator pedal arms. I have stuck it with double sided tape ...
