Re: Goodbye Macan hello RR

My boss had a RR Sport for 7 years with zero issues.

It was very comfortable, had a good ride and was a real easy going mile muncher.

If anything it was much better for that kind of activity than a Macan.

Re: New kind of theft?

Makes me think about how and where I park even more. At night its garaged, but if its out at home during the day it will now be parked nose in close to the garage, despite me having CCTV we have no daytime neighbours who can overlook our drive. In a multi storey car park it will now be nose in close...

Re: Porsche Warranty

My Macan will be 8 years old in September.

By then I will have £3200 still in my Bank rather than in Porsche’s Bank Account.

Mine is low mileage so for me the risk is minimal.

Re: To cover or not to cover

So you are down to protecting it with an electrified cage.

Or a Rotweiler

Or trapping it and releasing it 100 miles away

Re: To cover or not to cover

I’d tackle the source of entry and exit. Tall spikes on wall as per your gate. If they are getting under the iron fencing, deal with that. If you have hedging then get a long series drill and a batch of rebar, drill down by the hedge a series of holes about two feet down and knock in rebar, do this...

Re: Possible future owner

Let's hope you get your car quicker than me. I ordered my Macan GTS on July 1 2023. I have just been given build tracker access for delivery on 22 May 2024. I am quite disappointed. Is this an extra long wait?? That is unusual. The time period from build completion to arrival at the OPC is a variab...
