Macan Turbo re-sale figures

I’d guess the biggest difference will be invisible to the eye. The engine. 3.6 litre in the “old” versus a 2.9 (?) litre in the “new” one. Also the added particulate filter in the facelift. That, and the cost convinced me to keep the “old” one for a while yet, even if it’s got less horses. [emoji56]...

Re: Porsche 911 Carrera T

It’s a fairly easily reversible change, so I’d say go for it WingCo, brighten her up! [emoji2]

718 Cayman GT4

Shame indeed, that you have to be a serial car swapper to even have a chance to obtain these "limited editions". There are plenty of enthusiast drivers who keep their cars long term and use them properly.

718 Cayman GT4

The Christophorus magazine just arrived today and there is a feature on 718 Cayman GT4 and the Spyder (I've not read it yet). Both cars also feature in this month (no. 264) Evo magazine. In Evo, Mr Preuningen said: "".... we don't want to make these cars unobtainable or inaccessible for everybody. I...

Every cloud has a silver lining! [emoji2]

What a happy coincidence of a stone chip, birthday and a 911 for the weekend driving on the great roads. [emoji41]

Should I buy a Boxster 718 GTS?

We upgraded to Cayman 718 GTS from 981 GTS and don't regret it.
It's not just power / power delivery that's different but the chassis and the turn have been fine tuned too. It's a sharper tool in our eyes.
No idea about residuals though. Ours is a daily driver.

Top Gear

I enjoyed last nights (30th June) hearse episode. But I find the jokes quite crude at times. And Paddy too shouty.
Chris Harris' car reviews are good though.
