Re: ATF Service - lower road range question

When repairing the front end of my car I knew I would have to top up the ATF. I established that the ATF had not been changed at 40,000 miles, so I decided to drain the remaining fluid and change the filter at the same time. That went more or less as expected. New crush washer on the drain plug and...

Re: Wanted Genuine Macan Turbo outside cover

Unfortunately I stay in an area with a lot of house building and can clean the car and next its as bad as ever so the cover would protect it a bit longer Dragging a cover over the car regularly could do more harm than good. Wind flapping the cover will mark the car as well. Ideally you would put a ...

Re: Gremlins - windows

Perform these steps for all windows: 1. Close window completely once by pulling the rocker switch. Thanks again but . . . each time I pull the rocker switch to close the window as soon as the window hits the top (closed) it immediately returns down and stops in the halfway open position - driving m...

2019. Software update for free using a SIM card in the dash
A SIM from where?
Yes of course, that’s because it’s a Connect car.

Re: Which Nav version do you have?

Paul/Nick. Was it just the Nav or a full PCM update? Or both? Or just limited Nav maps? And how long did it take? I’ve finally got a FOC ‘go’ from Tewkesbury but they’re asking if I’d like to have it done whilst I wait. Maybe a FOC is one thing but a loaner something else. Just the full nav ...

Don't believe so, no one so far has reported getting them adjusted.

Re: Parking Macan in garage

I must say I'm still a bit puzzled by the OP's issue. Both my cars will creep on a closed throttle on the level garage floor so I only need the brakes to control them. The 911 goes in forwards up to a chock which stops me crashing into the bench, hopefully, while the Macan is reversed in up to a mar...

Re: Login details not accepted first time

Nick I think it is probably an Apple update with iOS and macOS. Other sites also affected on my devices (e.g. doesnt retain cookie preferences on BBC etc.) That was my thinking too VanB, but why does it work the second time when exactly the same details are entered? I don't get this issue when logg...
