Re: I just replaced rear wiper blade - Bosch A381H

Just tried this as mine was juddering a bit....but when prising the clip of the blade it shot off, so not sure which way round it was or should now go🙄 The blade itself has two plastic bars over one half and no bars on the other half. Could someone let me know if the bars (best way I can describe th...

Re: GTS 17/18 plate Wanted

It doesn't look like you have specced a reverse camera?
Wouldn't be without this and probably quite a negative for resale.

Re: GTS 17/18 plate Wanted

As MCDK says, many owners out there with no Panroof issues, forums only really get the problems highlighted. It really makes the interior much lighter airy place to spend time.

Ordered and paid deposit in December, initially promised a May build slot but got a call mid January to say it had moved forward to an April build slot. The GTS was available earlier than an S when I placed the order.
Nice spec👍

Re: S or GTS

I’ve got an S that I’ve had for 4 years from new, it’s been a great car. I’ve now ordered a GTS as a treat for my major birthday which is coming up and being as we’ve not spent anything on holidays for the last year the piggy bank was filling up nicely so needed to empty it before someone decided o...

Re: Gap insurance

Never seen any value in it, so no. Couldn't disagree more - my son's Mini was written off by a lunatic on the wrong side of the road a few years ago. Car was getting on 3 years old, cost £18k new. Insurance paid out around £12k, ALA paid out the balance. Claim was straightforward and paid within a ...

Re: Extended warranty? Porsche or AN Other.

Personally, if I didn't go for a Porsche extended warranty, I would just take the risk. All forum experiences seem to indicate that a non dealer warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. A bit like travel insurance, they will find every way to get out of paying. I actually think the Porsche wa...

Re: Gap insurance

I got 25% off using MSE25. Came to £330 for a 4 year back to invoice on a MY18 GTS. Personally think it's a good value product, if the car is written off in say 3 years I get back exactly what I paid for it rather than the current value, allowing me to go out and buy something much newer. Hope I nev...

Re: Both Remote Key Fobs not unlocking the car??

Plug in the CTek to the lighter socket in the boot and turn on before locking the car. I find this works.
