Re: Perishing Tyres

I'm sure Porsche would have recommending that you change them if any doubt about safety. I have had a new tyre recommendation when tread is over 3mm remaining.

I would normally change tyres at 10 years old. (my car tyres are generally changed every 3 years due to wear)

Re: Black Paint between front and rear windows

Good to see your Macan with a reasonable mileage :D

Have you tried various types of polish to see if that helps?

Re: Leaf Blowers for Drying???

I have a "normal car blower / dryer" which wasn't too expensive (can't remember exactly how much) and is just about the size of a hair dryer.

Re: Driving in snow

With 20" wheels and all season tyres I have never had a problem in the snow and thought that it was "fairly good" :D :D

It might be worth a quick phone call to your OPC just in case the newer models have changed. Cheers.

Re: Roof Rails

I believe that they can't be retrofitted as there is no fittings on the "standard" roof.

There may be other options however.

Re: Car Insurance ( Again)

Seems a bit unfair to refuse to renew especially after years of claim free motoring.

More rubbish service
