Lock down this week, no answer yet to 18way sports

We were initially trying the Macan with air suspension in the showroom. Having already drained the battery moving the seat up and down, backwards and forwards and every other position we were drinking coffee wondering what to do next. Whilst looking at the car I noticed the large gap between the top...

Lock down this week, no answer yet to 18way sports

Thanks for the responses. Whilst not ideal I'm happy to manage the wear on the 18 way bolster because I do like their support so much better than the 14 ways., My main concern is the actual difficulty in exiting from the seat. No matter what ever I tried I always struggled to actually lift myself on...

Lock down this week, no answer yet to 18way sports

Thanks to everyone suggesting I look at running boards. Entirely down to my own personal preference, and not wishing to offend anyone who has, or considering running boards, but it's not a style I prefer on cross over type SUV vehicles. I believe running boards are more suited, in my eye's, to hard ...

Lock down this week, no answer yet to 18way sports

Hi everyone, any assistance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated. Need to lock down this week for a Nov build and (almost) certain on our choice bar one most important element. The car is going to be a keeper. My current vehicle (owned for 16 years and 190k miles) has Recaro's which I've...

I do not see the point in PTV if you are getting All Season Tyres which are a compromise.I agree if you are looking at it purely from a performance point of view, however when you also consider a poor surface, lack of grip, cold weather scenario PTV and All Season Tyres make a lot of sense. Although...

Volcano Grey and Garnet GTS

Beautiful shiny VG.

Liked the "VG keycover from eBay".

Could you please provide a link and name of the colour ordered, whilst looking at key covers I don't remember seeing one described as VG and hence considered as a match, but yours looks good.

Thanks,

Heat and noise insulating glass

The Porsche web site says "Heat and noise-insulating laminated
glass with increased reflectivity all round. Dark tint on rear side windows and
rear screen similar to privacy glass"

Does any one know "if the tint similar to
privacy" is lighter, darker or the same?

Personalised plates

In the seaside town where I gre up the slot machine King had the plate ERN 1 E
which was followed by ERN 11 E and ERN 111 E. No prizes for guessing his name.

Dave?

And last name "Trotter"?
