Yes it can which is why I refused to give my SE a spec until I was happy with my choices.All along I was told a late Aug to early Sept build.I gave the SE the final build three weeks earlier than the final lockdown.It can pay to be prepared by following the consistant advice offered within the forum...

We had Carrara white on our spec right up until the day before lock down. I didn't see it but my wife thought it had a blue tinge to it. That is exactly what I asked my SE in Kendal.

Alas no, it will arrive at your OPC when it arrives and the first the OPC will know is when they receive the paperwork by the transporter driver.

Somewhere between 7 and 30 days.
