If the superglue option doesn't work or doesn't appeal, you could try the various car breakers on ebay, there are quite a few bits now on offer and prices seem reasonable. If you do go the eBay route, also check German eBay (eBay.de) - your UK login works, and there is often a much bigger selection ...

Fire Extinguisher Retrofit

Yes the OEM one fits just in front of the passenger seat - it looks quite a neat accessible fit. Most of the aftermarket brackets that I have looked at need seat removal in order to fit the bracket to the seat fixing screws - and then it brings the extinguisher too far forward such that it could get...

Fire Extinguisher Retrofit

Does anyone out there have the Fire Extinguisher option? If so, does it look like it could be retro-fitted at a dealer? Reason for asking, here in Romania it's compulsory to carry a fire extinguisher, which of course I do. However, I don't really think that under the boot floor is the best place for...

Virage, I was emailed a screenshot of the Porsche Sales & Vehicle Management System showing my car going into build 'actual date' of 16th Jan (ahead of schedule). No updates since then. Then yesterday, after chasing, I am advised that the car has only just exited the factory!!? So that's four & a h...

Mistake on Order

This thread talks about replacing trim: http://www.macanforum.com/forum/appearance-body/68505-window-trim-replaceable.html... but at $1500 (retrofit cost) you can see why the dealer may be reluctant. EDIT: And some other stuff about wrapping in this thread: http://www.macanforum.com/forum/appearance...

Surprised wingco hasn't linked it already - did I miss it? Smile
EDIT: Forgot to say - they recommend the oil burner! Wink

Sorry to hear about your issue. What did you add to your order? Could it have been anything that forces the black surround to be removed?

Adding 'Roof Rails in Aluminium' forces the monochrome black exterior package to be removed, as an example.

Neutral or not Neutral ?

I think it's too late for me to change. After 30+ years of braking with my right foot, I am pretty sure which foot my brain will send the signal to in an emergency!
