I would guess because of the low mileage over the last 2 yrs since the last oil change. Also have these been shorter journeys when the oil hasn't reach full working temperature?

My GTS' display is showing it's first oil change is due at the end of March. The car is 2 yrs old on 1 June. Yes being an SD it's definitely a Gen1. Porsche stopped fitting the diesel engine for the 2018 model year.

Welcome. The SD is a great Macan, I ran one from new for 5 years and did not have one problem or issue with it at all. Enjoy your new car.
