Re: Brake caliper mismatch
This must be a strange Porsche thing, the calipers on both Sq5's and S5 I owned all matched, the same applied to my other Audi's and Merc GLC Coupe. Logic and sense suggests if the front calipers require a certain finish to handle heat generated during braking then make the rear calipers the same so...

Re: Brake caliper mismatch
Mine aren't grey like the picture, the finish is much darker and looks like a matt black. Yes the fronts look light grey with bright sun light on them but in fact it's more a darker grey in normal light. I'm lost as to why they should be different considering during config they can be selected all ...

Re: Brake caliper mismatch
I raised it on another forum where other base Macan owners have the same caliper finish mismatch. It seems to be standard on the base....

Re: Brake caliper mismatch
It seems as thought the rear are smooth black gloss and front rough dark grey on the base Macan. Any other base owners with standard calipers like this...

Brake caliper mismatch
Hi, the brake calipers on my 2019 base Macan are gloss black on the rear and matt grey front. Does anybody else have the same...

Re: Gtechniq ceramic coating with PCP
I was quoted £700 for Gtechniq with a 5 year guarantee, I decided it wasn't worth it. I've invested in a demin water filter to stop water spots and it extends the life of the Bilt Hamber Double Speed wax I use because after rinsing I can leave my Macan to dry with no water spots at all. Less rubbing...

Re: Transfer box - Survey of members
I get the impression the Macan transfer box is a poorly designed duffer hence all the replacements. On my 2017 Macan the t/fer box was replaced under warranty at 3000 miles. My 2019 Macan is 6 months old with 4500 miles on the clock, until recently it had been fine then recently I noticed occasional...

Re: How Many Miles Has Your Macan Done
Had my first one 2 months and the transfer box was replaced at 3000 miles under warranty, this Macan was replaced due to reasons covered in another thread. My replacement 2019 is 6 months old and has 4500 miles on the clock, all seemed fine then recently I've noticed occasional symptoms experienced ...

Re: Hello - Looking to buy
I live in Lincoln, the closest OPC to me is in Nottingham, the Macan I was interested in was in Wolverhampton so for a fully refundable deposit Nottingham arranged to get the Macan to them for me to test drive and I ended up buying it....
