Volkswagen Probe Expands To Larger Diesel Cars
The relatively better mpg figures of the Macan S Diesel were a significant factor in my choosing the car along with EU6 compliance. I would be really miffed if cities started banning EU6 cars. Problem is politicians only hear words like diesel and think they are all the same, they do not understand ...

Smart Charger
When I got my Boxster a few years back from OPC I was given a Porsche charger along with it. I think they knew I probably wouldn't be using it a lot and not in winter so the battery would never hold up. I used it for four years until I sold the car recently and never had an issue with a flat battery...

Macan GTS announced!
Surely we're missing something!! They couldn't possibly charge 2k plus for a red rev counter and a bit of stitching.
I have also changed my mind from leather to alcantara and back a few times today.

Alcantara or Leather in the GTS?
I have went for leather instead of Alcantara The salesman thinks Alcantara suit the GTS which could be true. I had Alcantara in a Discovery a few years back and after a couple of years it was starting to look polished and used on the seats. My Kart looked well used after a year so not convinced abou...

21 classics are cheap considering they cost 5k afterwards, not sure about ride on standard PASM which has been lowered/probably stiffer....maybe too harsh ride. I was worried about the 21" but am a sucker for big wheels. Nothing improves the look of a car I think. I had a SD on 21" and standard stee...

GTS Ordered
I fully understand about the Carmine Red, still far from convinced myself. I had been looking at a Black SD until the GTS was announced. Carmine looks awful on the configurator and not much better in photos. I have seen a Cayman GTS at OPC and it looks much darker and not orange at all so for the m...

GTS Ordered
GTS ordered and deposit paid I have been test driven a petrol S this morning and decided to plump for a GTS before the dealers allocation for next year disappeared. They tell me they have three at the moment and Igot the last one. I'm not sure if Porsche will make more available if the demand is th...

Confused
Thanks Spud, that puts my mind more at ease and roughly what I was expecting. Just a matter of getting the deposit down quickly before the wait stretches into 2017. I don't want to change before summer 2016 so no in a mad rush.

Confused
Hi all, Just joined the forum after a few weeks loitering with intent to buy. I thought I was beginning to get my head round a spec when up pops the GTS and throws everything into confusion again. My original spec was a diesel S mid 50s with extras. Having seen the GTS now I am thinking thats the wa...
