I use indoor covers from Specialised Car Covers, very good quality and you can design it to your own preference. As long as the car is clean and dry before the cover is fitted then they do a good job.

I had this exact rattle when my car was new. Just pop the cover off using a plastic trim tool and stick a little double sided foam tape around the edge.
