Exactly same binnacle sat nav problem happened in mine last week. Screen was completely blank. Car was parked overnight and problem disappeared. Just hope it was a one-off!!?

Your local OPC will use a local specialist. May be worth contacting them. Hopefully with knowledge of Porsche 'entry' areas they should do a good job. Or a local detailer will know a guy. Rest assured it will get sorted-good luck.
