Re: New Macan T

To elaborate on my earlier answer, I could happily live with a Macan T with no options! If pushing the boat out, I’d add less than £2.5k in options = 21” 911 Turbo wheels, PSE, auto-dimming mirrors & the 75 litre fuel tank. :) Or save even more by sticking to the standard 20" wheels. 21&qu...

Re: New Macan T

According to my dealer, the base model (in the UK) generally exists to tempt people away from other manufacturers, thus introducing people to the Porsche brand. Apparently a lot of people are put off by a large-capacity V6 engine. So the issue isn't whether or not the S or GTS is 'better' than a bas...

Re: New Macan T

Not sure where you've seen a £49K Macan T? Starting price is £54K before options, and they're only appearing on the roads now.

The obvious question - what are CP 1.0 to CP 7.0?

Re: 22 GTS Collection Day, Crayon & Carbon Ceramics

Your rationale for debadging the back doesn't make sense given what you've done to the side blades. Was that remark to me? or another de-badger? Sorry for delay - yes! I was referring to this.... That looks stunning, but I wonder why some people choose to have the model designation removed. I had i...

Re: 22 GTS Collection Day, Crayon & Carbon Ceramics

The vast majority of debadged cars are entry-level models, which is why it's kind of cool to do it to the top model. Your rationale for debadging the back doesn't make sense given what you've done to the side blades.

Re: 22 GTS Collection Day, Crayon & Carbon Ceramics

I guess it's on the side instead. I do like the GTS logo on the side blades, but for me I'd want crayon. Car looks stunning; I'm mildly jealous you have the GT wheels, which I had to remove from my order due to Porsche running out.

Mine are symmetrical; the flaps on my PSE are on the outside. The standard exhaust may be different?
