Re: Looking to buy

Hi J, I bought a Porsche approved GTS about 6 months ago after months of searching. I basically kept watching the classifieds for a while to see what kinda options were common and what was rare. It also helped me get a feel for pricing and when dealers were at it with overpriced cars. I personally d...

Re: Approved used warranty.

If you’re buying from an independent dealer and the warranty isn’t transferring over then you need to factor in the cost of a warranty with Porsche. It’s just over £1400 for 2 years and they require you to have a 111 point check before issuing the warranty which also has a cost. Worth bearing in min...

Re: New GTS launching...

I can’t see any real reason to rush out and replace my current GTS. I would like the bigger nav screen as it looks a lot more modern, but I’m not a fan yet of the rear light bar and it’s just too much money for pretty much the same car. The only flip side if I bought another Volcano Grey one, I coul...

Re: First Timer and a choice to make

The appeal of a new car is you get to pick everything the car has that you want and there’s no compromise to be made. However, if you can have a list of what’s important to you and prioritise the options that are a must have then you will be able to find a used GTS / Turbo that has the toys you want...

Re: Macan turbo - replacing interior trim / stonechips?

How about you ask the dealer to change the aluminium trim to carbon and you’ll turn a blind eye to the stone chips? Really overstate how disappointed you are in the chips... They can only say no!

Good position to be in as a prospective buyer at the minute as there are certainly deals out there to be had.

Re: Porsche Macan Turbo Test Drive

As much as dark colours are popular, I just find the grey turbo looks so depressing next to the others. The crayon looks great in these pictures but don't think I'm brave enough. I do wish Porsche had a few more colours to choose from in the Macan line-up. You know for the right price ( a hefty one...

Re: 718 Cayman GTS for sale

If I can get rid of my wife and my kid I’d love to cruise in that with my canine companion. Best of luck finding a new home for that lovely machine.
