Screen wash is screen wash, it doesn’t have to be Porsche as long as it’s mandated to the temperatures you require. Halfords do one to -20 degrees and this will be more than adequate. The manual for my first gen Macan stated that the screenwash had to be 'phosphate free' and 'suitable for plastic headlight lenses'. I had the PDLS system which introduced headlight washers.
