Clearing the drains involves removing the wheel arch liners and clearing the ends of the drains (and in some cases, cutting off the end of the rear drains. You could also try pushing a brake inner cable through the front drains but you can't get to the rear ones from the top.....

There are two at the front that run down the A pillars and exit behind the wheel arch liner at the front. There are also two at the rear that run down the D pillar and exit behind the wheel arch liner at the rear.

You might also want to check your rear wiper washer is working correctly. And if you bought a warranty, why did you have to pay for a new Adblu tank??

Are you certain that both front and rear drains of the pano roof are not blocked? When you say 'running clear', how have you tested them? Especially as they exit behind the wheel arch liners so free flow is not that easy to see.

No one knows including the dealer which is why they are being vague. If I was to bet on it, I would bet on a 2022 model.

Looks like Google Maps that have loaded at a very low resolution (which suggests a connectivity problem). You could turn Google Maps off and then just see the 'roads', which doesn't fix the problem but is what I do anyway.

Sorry to hear this but the issue is that it is just not driven enough. On wheel alignment, I assume there is some specific sign of this, e.g. visibly out of alignment or very uneven wear on tyres. I've not heard of an OPC just putting 'wheel alignment' for the sake of it. Discs and pads are lack of ...
