I have an offset mortgage so any funds in my account are offset against the balance.

I think they come into Grimsby and Sheerness.

Hector - sorry, got the month wrong.

Mine was 2.8% APR, the cost of funding myself was around 2.3%, the difference was about £100 more with the OPC but it tied up their capital and not mine, so I took the OPC funding.

Hector - so yours is being built earlier than expected?

VanB - I'd noticed they were mainly Fridays (although I've seen a Sunday date too).

You can get short term finance on an HP basis for around 2.8% (I didn't manage 1%)
