Re: Missing Mirror retraction option on Macan

It is standard feature on the 718s, but has to be enacted manually on the Macan. Really handy visual as to whether the car is locked or not.

Re: Spacers on macan with 21

If only I had known all of this when I took out a neighbours stationary Ford Anglia when turning into my mums road. Mini 1 Anglia nil. Some quick rework on the front end of the mini ( apprentice in very capable engineering shop) but the Anglia was a write off problem was the owner was a 6.4 fire of...

Re: Automatically dimming mirrors / Black Wheels question

That's the chap BBR, and on the interior mirror it's pretty much the same. PITA when you get blinded!

Re: What do you really think of Porsche?

I have been driving Porsches - Boxsters specifically - for the past 12 years. Absolutely a hoot to drive. Yes, nothing worst than a bald pate with hair sticking our around the sides, glad I have none. ;-)

I dry mine in the Conservatory, takes a few days if the weather is warm, a week or two if wet and miserable.

When using (at weekends mostly) it never seemed to dry out and was all slimy inside. A few weeks ago, I turned it inside out and left it in the shed as normal hoping to red...

Yep. A strange pic considering all the normal secrecy. Ref the big cover up in the video and in the Cayenne pics.
