Re: 2017 Macan S Keyless entry, can it be switched off?

Forget all these Faraday pouches & discloks on the steering wheel, the sure fire way to secure your Macan is to buy your other half a Range Rover & use that as a decoy! They will always Nick that first.

Re: Oil Pressure Reading

I have had the update on my instrument cluster, & the oil pressure gauge is there. However it wasn’t when I got the car back, as all the settings had returned to factory settings. So I had to re set all my settings.

Re: Exterior mirrors

On my 2017 Macan this can be set in the car settings in the 3 rd dial on right PCM? You are able to set the n/s mirror to dip down when reversing.

Re: Foggy lights

I had this on my car with the PDLS+ headlights. took it to the OPC the tech told me that they were vented with a small tube, if the fog doesn't go away after a decent run ie 30 mins or so there may be a problem. Since then I have not worried about it!

Very interesting video, with the Auto-trader plug in you can track how much the robbing bar stewards have reduced the over list price.

Re: Warning sign in Multi function display

I called in @ my OPC yesterday, & they confirmed that the warning sign in this thread is a check to light to see if the brake booster is OK. Apparently they have only seen it in older cars ie 17/67 reg cars. I have a friend with a 25 year anni boxster & the warning sign is not there even tho...

Re: Hi

It looks to me as though it was caused by the buckle ie the silver part of the seatbelt, I have a smaller but similar mark on mine, that was caused by the seatbelt. I now make sure that the buckles are not able to do it when I put the seat back down too go to the tip!

Re: Service Recalls Gen 2

I have had the re-programming of the instrument cluster done , along with another update to do with coasting. The instrument cluster update introduced a new warning of a yellow exclamation mark , that the OPC did not know what it was for!!!!! see previous post https://www.macanforums.co.uk/viewtopic...
