Re: Purchased facelift 2019 Macan 2.0

Congrats on the purchase. These Porsche's are a different league to the JLR group. I bought a really well specced 2019 2.0 after owning a Jaguar f pace 300 sport (300bhp 4 cylinder) and a jag XE 180d before that). The Macan just feels so nimble and gets me to the speed limits in my area as fast as I...

Re: I just replaced rear wiper blade - Bosch A381H

Hi - the ‘manufacturer approved’ way of placing the blade is with 2 strengthening pieces visible. My original (2016 Macan) blade only had one strengthening piece visible and suffered vibration from new. When I eventually had it replaced the Porsche parts department mentioned that the replacement bl...

Re: 2016 DRL with xenons, not LED

If the older lights (xenon or led) function in the same way as my 2019 model Macan, then the strip light only comes on when dipped beam are on and bi functions as indicator signal.
When drl’s are on only during the day, the strip light is off.

Re: New Macan S owner

Not yet. My car is booked in on 1st March at Brooklands OPC. This is one of the things on the list. I do have the C2play adapter which works 95% of the time, sometimes needs to be pulled out and plugged back in. Would prefer if they could sort it out though when it’s in. I would think a software up...

Re: New Macan S owner

I’ve not found it on our 19 gen 2 but I do have it on the 992 Thanks Tracky. It’s a strange one as surely the hardware is there but seems like it could be a possibility that the 2019 gen 2 didn’t get it. I will probably try a factory reset and then reconnect everything back up. If it still isn’t th...

Re: Genuine OEM Rubber interior floor mats. SET OF 4.

Just to add to what Mike and Allen said above, I have an early 2019 and the rubber mats that the dealer sent have the cut out which fit perfectly around the foot rest.

The older ones will fit if you don’t mind some overlap onto the footrest.

Re: I just replaced rear wiper blade - Bosch A381H

I was about to order a new rear wiper but decided to take 2 mins to reverse it as mentioned earlier.
Now no judder and a nice clean view out the back.
Don’t know how long this ‘fix’ will last but for now, all good. Thanks!

Re: What voltage are you at?

Obviously didn’t do enough research as that would have probably swayed me to get that one with the cig adapter bundle and save a few pennies. Strangely though the mxs 10 has just 2 year warranty and was comparing the 2 higher amp versions. Still the Noco seemed great earlier. Will see what charging ...

Re: Mamba Green turbo
We didn't have a camera on the RS6 and she did alright in it, but I've put one on my works Merc sprinter and it's amazing when reverse around corners. We can really see the benifits of the surround, but not sure how often she'd use it. Will have a think about it 👍🏻
Understand where...

Re: What voltage are you at?

I ended up getting a Noco genius 10 as the increased versatility (also does lithium) and the warranty seems better (3 years Noco vs 2 years CTek). Also was slightly put off by some people having problems with the mode button on the CTek. Doubt I’d go wrong with either but will get it on the car once...
