Waiting Time Reduced
Agree with SPL and Nosmo - when I went in to order my Macan I knew the wait time, had it confirmed by the salesman and it gas transpired to be just a shade under what was initially promised. I know we like to moan about it but as above, residuals will remain strong as long as the situation continues.

Is Porsche Customer Management the Worst
Unfortunately I also didn't have a 'potential valued customer experience' with Mercedes. Just over a year ago was torn between the Macan S and an Audi RSQ3, delivery time on the Audi was week(s) not 12-15 months and hence considering all options. A friend suggested I take a look at the Mercedes GLA...

wheel size pros and cons
Remember 20's & 21's are also wider that 18 and 19" so more traction..ÂÂNot necessarily - in snow, narrower (18 or 19 inch)Â AS tyres will have more traction.
And in the wet also

Is Porsche Customer Management the Worst
Experience with OPC in West London has been very good. At the end of the day, they're there to sell cars - and they know the Macan is like gold dust... but they were still showing a lot of interest, keen to sell, keen to please and tried to accommodate my requests as much as possible. For example, ...

Is Porsche Customer Management the Worst
Despite my earlier diatribe, I too found Bristol (Jeff) very professional in every way we were dealt with. Taking their demo this weekend for 24 hr test drive just prior to lock-down for a June build; they require spec by the 9th of April (excited - just a bit!)As has been said earlier, human inter-...

Is Porsche Customer Management the Worst
The only place you can buy any brand of new car these days is via an outlet owned by a big group / PLC (with one or two exception.) their priorities are short term profit, short term profit and...oh yes...short term profit. Staff levels are cut to the bare minimum ( head-count = fixed cost) and the ...

Waiting Time Reduced
I ordered my Macan petrol S 3rd May 2014 and was told it would be around May 2015. Then in November told ETA was Aug 2015, then in Early March told ETA would be May/June. Yesterday I got my build slot confirmed and locked down my spec and it's a July delivery. So from my experience its not 100% gua...
